Welcome to Erweit Nutrition. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Erweit Nutrition, including all purchases made through our online store at erweitnutrition.com and our Shopify-powered storefront (collectively, the "Platform").
By browsing our Platform, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
Erweit Nutrition reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Platform.
2. Products & Descriptions
Erweit Nutrition offers dietary supplements and nutraceutical products including, but not limited to, our Enerweiz™, Weitsure™, and Immuno+ ranges. All products are manufactured in GMP-approved facilities and are FSSAI licensed.
We make every effort to display the colours, packaging, and product descriptions on our Platform as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Platform are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product packaging may vary slightly from images displayed on the website.
Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not substitutes for a balanced diet or professional medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before commencing any supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18 years of age, or have a pre-existing medical condition.
All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3. Ordering & Payment
When you place an order on the Platform, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order via email and dispatch the goods.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Net banking
- Digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, and others)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on select pin codes
- Buy Now, Pay Later options (where available)
Prepaid orders qualify for a 10% discount. By completing a transaction, you authorise us (or our payment gateway provider) to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method.
We use industry-standard SSL encryption and work with PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store your card details on our servers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Erweit Nutrition ships across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, and other factors beyond our control.
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days from dispatch
- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days from dispatch (where available)
- Metro Cities: typically 2–4 business days
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Free shipping thresholds may apply and are communicated on the Platform.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Erweit Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or a suitable replacement.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased on the Platform pass to you upon delivery to the courier/shipping carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only in the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product is within its return window (typically 7 days from delivery) and is unopened, in its original packaging with all seals intact
Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products, products purchased during special sales or at discounted prices (unless defective), and products not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return: Email us at wecare@erweitnutrition.com within the return window with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photographs (if applicable). Our team will review your request within 48 business hours.
Refunds: Upon successful return verification, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer; please provide your account details when requesting the return.
Erweit Nutrition reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated eligibility criteria.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names (including Enerweiz™, Weitsure™, and Immuno+), images, icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of Erweit Nutrition or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include:
- Resale or commercial use of the Platform or its contents
- Collection or use of product listings, descriptions, or prices
- Any derivative use of the Platform or its contents
- Downloading, copying, or reproducing account information for the benefit of another person or entity
- Using data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools
Any unauthorised use of the Platform terminates the licence granted herein. Erweit Nutrition reserves all rights not expressly granted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Erweit Nutrition, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
- Any content obtained from the Platform
- Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Any product purchased through the Platform, beyond the purchase price paid for such product
Our products are supplements and not medicines. Erweit Nutrition makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any product for a particular purpose. Individual results may vary. We are not liable for any adverse reactions or health consequences arising from use or misuse of our products, especially where products are used contrary to label instructions or without appropriate medical advice.
In no event shall Erweit Nutrition's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any purchase made through the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Erweit Nutrition with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.
